5 Co Creations – Terms, Production, and Refund Policy

1. Order Approval Policy

All orders placed with 5 Co Creations require customer approval prior to production.

Customers will receive a digital proof for approval when applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for:

  • Spelling

  • Artwork placement

  • Design accuracy

  • Colors

  • Garment sizes

  • Quantities

Once the customer approves the proof and production begins, no further changes can be made to the order.

5 Co Creations is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

 

2. Custom Order Policy

Most products sold by 5 Co Creations are custom-made or personalized items.

Because of the customized nature of our work, all custom orders are final sale once production begins.

Custom products include but are not limited to:

  • Screen printed apparel

  • Embroidered apparel

  • Custom hats

  • Drinkware

  • Stickers

  • Promotional products

  • Personalized merchandise

These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

3. Production Time Disclaimer

Production times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Typical production timelines are:

  • Screen Printing: 7–14 business days

  • Embroidery: 7–14 business days

  • Custom Promotional Items: 10–21 business days

Production time begins after artwork approval and payment are received.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

5 Co Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supplier shortages

  • Shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Events outside our control

 

4. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For large orders, a deposit may be required prior to beginning production.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled at the discretion of 5 Co Creations.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect compared to the approved order

Customers must contact 5 Co Creations within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will work with the customer to repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in rare circumstances.

 

6. Apparel Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment sizes.

5 Co Creations cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, as items are custom printed or embroidered.

We recommend referencing manufacturer sizing charts before placing orders.

 

7. Color & Print Variations

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in:

  • Ink color

  • Thread color

  • Garment dye lots

  • Print placement

  • Digital artwork vs. final print

These variations are normal within the printing and embroidery industry and are not considered defects.

 

8. Customer Provided Artwork

Customers submitting their own artwork confirm they have the legal right to reproduce that design.

5 Co Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

The customer assumes full legal responsibility for the use of submitted designs.

 

9. Shipping Policy

Once orders leave our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility for delivery.

5 Co Creations is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Damage occurring during shipping

Customers must file shipping claims directly with the carrier when applicable.

 

10. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

 

By placing an order with 5 Co Creations, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Any chargebacks filed after order approval and production will be disputed with proof of approval and production records.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal collection action.

 

11. Policy Agreement

By placing an order with 5 Co Creations, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these policies.

These policies exist to ensure clear expectations and maintain the highest quality of service for all customers.
